How do I book a decoration setup?
Browse our collection and select the design you like (checkout our instagram too). Click Check Availability and our team will connect with you on WhatsApp to confirm your event date, venue details, and customization preferences.
Once the details are finalized, your booking is confirmed with an advance payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, NEFT and major credit cards.
After you finalize the design, our team will share the payment details on WhatsApp to confirm the booking.
How early should I book the decoration?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability.
For weekends, peak seasons, or larger setups, booking earlier (~ 1 month) is recommended.
Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on team availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation if cancelled at least 2 weeks in advanced.
If your event plans change, please inform us as early as possible.
Bookings can usually be rescheduled based on availability.
What is the payment structure?
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is payable after the setup is completed on the event day.
Do you provide decoration at home or only venues?
We provide decoration services for homes, apartments, banquet halls, and event venues.
Many of our setups are specially designed to work well in living rooms and small spaces.
Can I customize the decoration design?
Yes, you can bring us your own designs.
Most of our setups can also be customized with:
• Name signage
• Balloon color changes
• Theme adjustments
• Additional decorative elements
Our team will help you tailor the setup to match your celebration.
Do you handle setup and dismantling?
Yes. Our team takes care of complete installation before the event and dismantling after the celebration, so you can enjoy the event without any stress.
